How pricing works

No rate card. No surprises either.

We don't publish prices, because we don't sell a product off a shelf — every build is scoped to your process. But how the number is arrived at is simple, and it's the same for everyone.

Fixed scope

Priced per module

Each module — orders, production, stores, accounts — gets its own fixed price, quoted after the process study. If it takes us longer than planned, that's our problem, not your bill.

Zero

Per-seat licence fees

Software priced per user punishes you for using it. Put five people on the system or fifty — the price doesn't move. Ever.

Yours

Everything you paid for

Source code, database and documentation are yours from day one. There is no renewal that holds your data hostage, because there is nothing to renew.

Before any number

The quote comes after the process study — never before

A number quoted before we've seen your process is a guess, and someone always pays for a guess. So the sequence is fixed: a thirty-minute call, then a process study, then a written fixed-scope quote per module. The call costs nothing. If custom software isn't the right answer for you, we say so there.

What moves a quote up

  • More departments and hand-offs in one module
  • Integrations with existing software
  • Complex approval chains and roles
  • Historic data that needs cleaning before migration

What keeps it down

  • Starting with one module, not five
  • A process that's already consistent on paper
  • Reusing our proven building blocks under the hood — your screens stay yours
  • One decision-maker on your side

What a written quote always contains

Exactly what the module covers — screens, roles, reports, and what's explicitly out of scope.
One fixed price for that scope, and a payment schedule tied to delivery milestones — not to dates.
The timeline — prototype, build, migration, training and go-live, typically 4–8 weeks for a first module.
What we need from you — the people, the registers, the sample data, and roughly how much of their time.
What happens after — support options and what a change costs once you're live.
Before you ask what a system costs

Ask what the disconnection already costs

Re-typing the same entry into three places. Chasing a status on the phone. Reconciling registers that disagree. Move the sliders to your reality — this is what the current way of working bills you, silently, every year.

LOST TO DISCONNECTION, EVERY YEAR

0 working hours — roughly 0 full-time salaries spent copying numbers between places that should already agree.
A first module typically costs a fraction of this — once, not yearly.

Support is optional — and priced like everything else

Most clients

Annual care

A yearly arrangement covering fixes, small changes, and keeping the system healthy as your process evolves. Priced as a fraction of the build, agreed up front.

Occasional needs

Per piece of work

No retainer — when you want a change or a new report, we quote it fixed-scope like any module. Nothing runs in the background.

Your own team

Handover

You own the code, so your own developer — or any competent one — can take over entirely. We'll do a proper handover and wish you well. Clients stay by choice.
