Every system we build, in plain language

What each one covers, what it replaces, and where it usually starts — every one built from scratch around your process, never configured from a template. All of it delivered as web apps — one link that works on the shop floor phone and the boardroom laptop alike.

The shape of it

Custom pieces. One nervous system.

Each piece is built alone, around your process — and gets stronger when wired to the rest. Hover them to see what flows where.

The whole system

Each box is built around your process and priced on its own. The wires are the point: one entry flows everywhere it matters, so every screen agrees. Hover a module — or start with just one and add the rest when ready.

The honest comparison

Why not just buy Zoho, Odoo, TranZact or SAP?

They're good products — for businesses willing to change how they work to fit the software. We exist for the ones who won't. Here is the difference, plainly.

Ready-made suitesZoho · Odoo · TranZact · SAP SupraNexuscustom-built for you
Built around Their template of a "standard business" — you adapt your process to their screens Your actual process — the software adapts to how you already run
Fit 80% fits, and the missing 20% is usually the part that makes you money 100% of what you need, 0% of what you don't — no unused menus in the way
What you pay Per user, per month, forever — the bill grows with your team A fixed price per module, once. Fifty users cost the same as five
Ownership Rented. Stop paying and the system — and your workflows — switch off Yours. Source code, database and documentation — it runs whether we're around or not
Changes "Customisation" within their limits, via consultants and paid add-ons We change the code. If your process changes, the system changes with it
Who you deal with An implementation partner reading from the vendor's manual The person who built it — and who has run a plant, not just a codebase
Your data Lives in their cloud, under their terms Lives on your server or your cloud account, under your control
Best when Your business is standard and you can bend to the tool Your process IS your edge — and bending it would cost you

To be fair: if a ready-made suite fits your business, buy it — it's faster and cheaper. On the first call we'll tell you honestly if that's you. We build for the businesses where it isn't.

Custom CRM

Where every customer relationship lives. Enquiries, follow-ups, quotes and history — captured once, visible to everyone who deals with that customer, forgotten by no one.

  • No lead left behind. Every enquiry gets an owner, a next step and a date — and the system chases the follow-up, not your memory.
  • The whole story per customer. Quotes sent, orders won, complaints, payment habits — one screen before you pick up the phone.
  • Wired to the rest. A won enquiry becomes a sales order without re-typing; the pipeline feeds the same dashboard as production and accounts.
What it replacesThe enquiry diary, the follow-up that lived in someone's head, and the customer history that left with the salesperson who resigned.

Custom ERP

The backbone. One chain from enquiry to dispatch, where each department completes its part and the next one sees it immediately.

  • Order-to-dispatch traceability. Every order carries its history — who quoted, what was produced, when it left, what it cost.
  • Modular by design. Start with the module that hurts most; add the rest when you're ready. Each one works alone and better together.
  • Roles and audit trails. The operator sees their job card; the director sees everything. Every change is signed and dated.
What it replacesOrder diaries, inter-department phone calls, and the "final_v7" spreadsheet that three people edit and nobody trusts.

Production modules & MES

The shop floor, visible. Jobs planned, released and tracked in real time — from a phone at the machine, not a register at the end of the shift.

  • Job cards and routing. Each job knows its steps, its work centre and its material. Release checks stock before the floor finds out the hard way.
  • Live line status. Output against plan by machine, line and shift — the whiteboard, except it updates itself.
  • QC where it happens. Checkpoints and rejection reasons captured at the station, feeding straight into costing and dispatch decisions.
What it replacesProduction WhatsApp groups, whiteboards updated "when there's time", and the 11:42 pm "Line B kitna hua?" message.

Accounts modules

Costing, billing, receivables and payables that come from operations data — not a parallel set of registers reconciled at month end.

  • Costing from actuals. Job and product cost built from what was really consumed and produced, not standard rates from last year.
  • Billing in the chain. Dispatch creates the invoice; nothing re-typed, nothing missed.
  • Follow-up that runs itself. Ageing, reminders and a receivables view your sales team actually opens. Clean exports to Tally or whatever you run.
What it replacesThe costing spreadsheet only one person understands, and fourteen "payment kab aayega?" calls a week.

Operations feed the books — one truth, no month-end reconciliation

Order tracking

One place where sales, production and dispatch see the same order status — and, if you choose, so does your customer.

  • Stage-wise status. Received → planned → in production → QC → dispatched, with the date each stage happened.
  • Delay alerts. The system flags a slipping commitment before the customer's call does.
  • Customer-facing links. A tracking page per order, on your domain — fewer "any update?" emails.
What it replacesSales asking production, production asking dispatch, and everyone asking Ramesh.

Dashboards & MIS

Live numbers your management actually trusts — plant load, margin, OTIF, receivables — on one screen, with the exceptions pushed to you.

  • Board and floor views. The director's overview and the supervisor's line view, from the same data.
  • Exception queues. Late jobs, stock below reorder, overdue payments — surfaced the day they happen, not at month end.
  • Scheduled MIS. The morning summary lands in email or WhatsApp by itself. Nobody stays late making it.
What it replacesThree late nights at month end, and an MIS whose numbers the plant disputes in the review meeting.

Purpose-built business apps

The odd-shaped problems nobody sells software for. If your process needs it, we build exactly it — no more, no less.

  • QC logs, mould registers, gate entries, maintenance schedules, field service reports, weighbridge slips — whatever the register on the desk is doing today.
  • Offline-capable. Works in the plant with no signal; syncs when the connection returns.
  • Barcode and QR flows. Scan instead of type — fewer errors, faster entries, happier operators.
What it replacesThe loose-sheet register, the tool nobody built because "no software does this".

Website design

A company website that looks like the business you've actually built — fast, clean, and easy for your own team to keep current.

  • Corporate and product sites that load quickly on any connection, including the one at your customer's plant.
  • Catalogue and enquiry pages wired to your actual product data — the same catalogue your sales team quotes from.
  • You keep the keys. Hosted where you choose, editable without calling us for every comma.
What it replacesThe site an agency built in 2019 that nobody can log into any more.

Fast, honest, and yours

On every phone — without an app store

We don't build Android or iOS apps, deliberately. Everything we make is a web app that opens in the browser your team already has.

  • Nothing to install or update. A change we publish reaches every phone the moment it's live.
  • One link everywhere. The same system on the shop-floor phone, the office desktop and the tablet in stores.
  • No app-store gatekeeping. No review queues, no device policies, no "please update the app" mornings.
What it replacesThe app your team was supposed to install, on the phones IT was supposed to manage.
